Privacy notice
Short version: this website collects nothing about you unless you fill in a form — and then only what you typed.

Who is responsible
Spatium North Inc. (Spatium Nord Inc. in Québec), Montréal, Québec, Canada, is the organization responsible for the personal information described here.
Under Québec’s Law 25 we are required to designate a person responsible for the protection of personal information. That role is held by a founder, reachable through the contact form under “privacy request”; every request goes to a human, not a queue.
What this site collects
No accounts, no analytics script, no advertising pixels and no cookies. Two things are stored in your browser, both in local storage and both only when you use the control: your light/dark preference under the key “theme”, and — on the SpatiumDDI pages — which reading track you chose, technical or business, under the key “audience”. Neither leaves your device, neither is sent to us, and no profile of your visit is built.
Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (IP address, user agent, requested URL) to serve and protect the site. That is a technical necessity of putting anything on the internet, and we do not combine it with anything else or use it to identify you.
What the forms collect
There are two forms, and each collects exactly the fields you fill in. The interest form on the SpatiumDDI pages: work email, and optionally your name, organization, role, deployment size, current stack, timeline, notes and whether you want a demo. The contact form: your email, what the message is about, the message itself, and optionally your name and organization. Both record which page and which language you submitted from.
We use it for one purpose: to reply to you and to size a support plan if you asked for one. We do not sell it, do not share it with third parties for their own purposes, and do not add you to a newsletter or an automated drip sequence.
It is stored in Cloudflare D1 in our own account. Anti-spam is Cloudflare Turnstile, which is a challenge rather than a tracker.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. Records tied to a contract are kept for as long as the contract requires and for the retention period Canadian tax and corporate law imposes on us afterwards.
Where it is stored
On Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare is a US-headquartered provider operating a global network, so your information may be processed outside Québec and outside Canada, under contractual protections. If your organization needs a Canadian-only processing commitment, tell us before you send anything and we will arrange it.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, ask for it in a portable form, or withdraw consent at any time. Use the contact form, choose “privacy request”, and we will answer within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec, or to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes
If this notice changes materially we will change the date at the top and, where we hold your contact details because you asked us to, tell you directly.
